Large format work
Large format work can be submitted up to 26" x 40", but should be no larger than the size that it appeared publicly.
Lightweight & single sheet work
Lightweight & single sheet work must be mounted on 20" x 16" black illustration board (recyclable!) or 1/4" foam core. Work mounted on other materials will not be accepted.Bound items should not be mounted. Submit all bound items as-is.
Logos
Logos must be printed in color on a letter-size sheet and mounted to black illustration board or 1/4" foam core.Items in a series
Items in a series (up to five pieces grouped as one entry) must be grouped together on a single 20" x 16" board or on a series of boards that do not exceed 20" x 16" each. For larger work, entries will be accepted mounted to boards at the size they were produced. A series must be packaged together and clearly labeled. Three-dimensional work must be photographed with the photo mounted on 20" x 16" black illustration board or 1/4" thick foam core.Interactive media
Interactive media must be submitted on CD and clearly labeled with the submission title and firm/designer’s name. Please send color printouts of four different screens from the project together with the disk and a list of technical requirements for proper viewing.Websites
Websites must include the address of the site, as well as color printouts of four different screens from the project. If the site will not be live at the time of judging, please send a working version on a CD clearly labeled with the submission title and firm/designer's name.Each submission must include brief answers (less than 100 words) to the following questions. Bullet points will be accepted. Judges will review this information in conjunction with viewing the work, and the information will be displayed with winning entries.
