PGH365: AIGA Pittsburgh’s Annual Design Competition and Exhibition
A celebration of the designer’s struggle and success in finding solutions that are effective, meaningful, and beautiful.
PGH365, AIGA Pittsburgh’s annual design competition and exhibition, will be held on March 28, 2014. The event showcases design work submitted by the region’s most talented professionals and students. Entries range from print campaigns, publications, posters, websites, applications and multimedia. And all submissions demonstrate the designer’s role, their process, and the value that design provides to the community.
PGH365 2014 will be held at the Pittsburgh Cultural Trust Education Center. Enjoy drinks and appetizers, meet the creative community, and listen to music spun by DJ MB (Matthew Buchholz of Alternate Histories), all while viewing the best design work in Pittsburgh. Thanks in part to our sponsors: AIGA Pittsburgh, Andrew Twigg, Portfolio Creative, Lindenmeyr Munroe & Art Groll, Kreider Printing and Penn Brewery. Be sure to grab some silly props and step inside the photo booth, compliments of photographer, Brian F. Henry.
Judges for PGH365 2014 are Andrew Blauvelt, Design Director, Walker Art Center; Jennifer Visocky O’Grady, Chair & Professor, Graphic Design, Cleveland State University; and Kerem Suer, Interaction Designer.
